So here's how it works. You choose the level of service you need. Maybe you need just one room cleaning. Or only the oven. You may need a full property clean which means we deep clean every room in the property to the highest standard. This includes cleaning and removing all lime scale from the bathroom and degreasing the oven, hob and cooker hood.
This is our check list for our standard end of tenancy clean. This normally cover what is required. However if there is anything extra that is required just let us know.
  1.  Cleaning all internal windows and glass.
  2.  Dusting & removing cobwebs.
  3.  Dusting & cleaning all shades, switches and sickets.
  4. Washing down all the paint work (doors, window sills, skirting boards etc).
  5. Deep cleaning the kitchen. Including the oven, hob and cooker hood. Any white goods. If possible pulling out the white goods and cleaning behind. Cleaning the kitchen cupboards inside and out. Cleaning all the surfaces.
  6. Deep cleaning and removing the lime scale from the bathrooms.
  7. All hard floors are vacuumed and then washed.
  8. All carpeted floors are vacuumed.
Our prices are based how many bedrooms the property has. It doesn't matter if it is an appartment or house. Starting with a studio and going up to 5 bedroom, below are the prices excluding professional carpet cleaning.
